The Bakery Ride:

"This ride starts at Restaurante Las Cazuelas in El Colorado (not to be confused with Colorado in the US!). From there we do a 10 km warmup of rolling terrain before we hit the climb. A nice steady pace but not too hard as you will need to have some fuel in the tank for the last 4km of double-digit climbing before you crest the highest point before the bakery. This panaderia (bakery) will be the highlight of your trip! Faster riders or those looking for a little more challenge can continue on to La Estancia before heading back for an amazing breakfast at the restaurant in El Colorado
