Saturday Afternoon

Airport pick up and drop to your accommodations. We will assist with bike set up if required. If time permits we will go on a short introductory ride.

Saturday evening we grab a casual asian dinner and Chin-Gon. Here you an bring your own beer and/or wine. It is owned and operated by a Canadian/Mexican couple. The food is super fresh and delicious and a testament to the diverse nature of dining in the area. If you are arriving late Saturday, we will grab you some yummy takeout that you can enjoy in the comfort of your villa. Most dinners will be scheduled between 7:00 - 7:30 PM. 

Sunday afternoon you will have the option of joining us at the La Cruz market. This is a weekly farmers market that takes place at the Marina. There are lots of local artisans, yummy food and entertainment. We will assist with helping you find transportation to and from.  This side trip is highly recommended and you can check out some of the reviews at TRIP ADVISOR


Our first ride will depart at 9:00 AM SHARP and we will head out on the cobble streets to the highway which will take us to Valle de Banderas, San Juan de Abajo and then to our final destination El Colomo. This is a fairly easy ride with every little traffic and flat lands. The total distance is just over 55 KM. CLICK FOR MAP

This ride will depart at 9:00 AM from Bucerias. Today we taker the same route that we did on Sunday but we will go a little further. The total ride for this day will be just over 80 KM. CLICK HERE FOR THE MAP . We will stop for lunch in La Fortuna where the specialize in everything shrimp! 



Today we ride to Sayulita. We will depart Bucerias at 8:00 AM.  CLICK HERE FOR MAP . This is your introduction to climbing. We will take on two short climbs including a steady but challenging 5 KM climb up the Paso de los Cocos (Coconut Pass). The ride will be around 60KM return from Bucerias.



There is no Scheduled Ride and NO GROUP DINNER. This is your day to relax and explore.  


Today will be the day of magic! We will depart early by shuttle to the town of Las Palmas where we will start our climb to La Estancia. From La Estancia, we will continue on the cobbles to San Sebastian which is a true colonial town. After a quick walk around we will be shuttled back to La Estancia to avoid the cobble descent. From La Estancia you will have the option of riding back to Las Palmas or having a tequila tasting and taking the shuttle back to Bucerias.  

This is a truly majestic ride through the beautiful Sierra Madre Mountains. We will climb up to a maximum elevation of 1400 meters. However, the seesaw nature of this climb will add some additional gain.  There will be an option to be shuttled back down the mountain CLICK HERE FOR THE RIDE

Now that you have burned all those calories you will be ready for the feast being prepared by My Mexican Kitchen. Guest chefs Travis and Edgar will cook us a magnificent meal poolside at Casa Victoria or at our home (Casita Adelaide). You can find out more about what to expect by CLICKING HERE


Today is the last day for cycling! We will let you sleep in a bit and we will depart at 10:00 AM for one final ride to San Juan de Abajo. This will be a short 40 KM ride to give you a bit of recovery from the mountains the previous day!

For the evening we like to keep our option open for our final dinner together so final arrangements are still to be determined! But rest assured it will be a fantastic end to your trip with us. 


In order to let you explore. there will be no scheduled ride on Saturday and no group dinner. While check out is 11:00 AM you will be able to store your luggage with us while you wait to depart for the airport. This will give you the last chance to hang out at the beach, do some exploring.  Your airport shuttle will depart 3 hours prior to your scheduled departure.
